On December 22, 2021, NAR’s Actual Property Valuation Committee and management from NAR’s Truthful Housing Coverage Committee participated in a listening session with the Biden Administration’s Interagency Job Pressure on Property Appraisal and Valuation Fairness (PAVE). The PAVE Job Pressure was created in June of 2021 to deal with discrimination within the appraisal and homebuying course of and contains management and employees from 15 federal businesses.
